Originally from Germany, I developed a deep appreciation for Italian culture and a passion for exploring the world. Along this journey, I discovered my drive to support the growth of high-impact ventures that foster sustainable development.
Today, I am an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at ESCP Business School in London, founder of Nampelka, a platform empowering African entrepreneurs. My research focuses on entrepreneurship in Africa, particularly tech-driven development and female empowerment.
Recognised for my impact, I was named to the Thinkers50 Radar list in 2025!
